Sustainability note: The soybean paste (miso) used in Dec's Hot Honey is a by-product of our Smoked Chilli Oil. We try our best to minimise the food waste produced on-site by reusing it in creative ways! 

Ingredients: Single Origin Honey (EU), habanero, Irish Apple Cider Vinegar, Soybean Paste (Miso) (infused with cold pressed Irish Rapeseed Oil, garlic, single origin honey (EU), ginger, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, Irish sea salt, herbs and spices.)

Beautiful on pizza, gives it a real edge! Can be added to lots of dishes to spice them up!

Would highly recommend this great quality hot honey Irish made product, delicious on pizza’s and can be added to a multitude of dishes for that extra kick if u like a bit of spice!

Meet the Team

‘Rívesci’ is a play on words whilst also paying homage to Shannon and Declan’s roots. ‘Rí’ is the Irish for King and Shannon’s first home in Clonmel was at King Street Flats. ‘vesci’ is the Latin for food and also acknowledges Declan’s hometown of Abbeyleix, Co.Laois as the ‘de Vesci’ family founded Abbeyleix many moons ago. It can also be recognised as ‘King of Food’, in Shannon & Declan’s eyes anyway!
