ABOUT US

Rívesci (Ree-vessy) launched in September 2019 at Clonmel Applefest offering cooked from scratch food from their 1976 vintage caravan.

Co-Founders Shannon Forrest and Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone felt that opening a food truck in the off-peak season might be a little mad but it didn’t stop them.

After spending many months researching and working on their menu offering, they found there was a huge appetite for what they wanted to do.

Since the onset of the pandemic Rívesci pivoted their business and now focus on their condiments which are helping you to elevate your food.

OUR PRODUCTS

During the pandemic Rívesci closed their food truck and pivoted their business to become full time condiment makers. Cashew Chilli Crush and Red Onion Marmalade with Spiced Port are now available at a stockist near you.

Basil and Rocket Pesto is also available at a small number of selected stockists.

Cashew Chilli Crush now appears on menus in beautiful café’s and bistro’s around the country.
