Fiery Fung is a Blas na hEireann Finalist 2026

We're delighted to see 'Fiery Fung' receive its Blas na hEireann Finalist Badge for 2026 - a chilli oil / rayu that pays homage to Declan's hometown of Abbeyleix in its name and is also a play on words - we'll leave that story for another day!

It has been called a 'cult condiment' and 'a locked and loaded rayu' and we're so proud to continue to use Irish rapeseed oil & Irish sea salt in our range.

We're really looking forward to seeing all of our industry colleagues and friends in Dingle in October and huge congratulations to every single Finalist across the island!
