Rívesci (Ree-veh-sea) launched in September 2019 at Clonmel Applefest offering cooked from scratch food from their 1976 vintage caravan.
Co-Founders and husband and wife team, Shannon Forrest and Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone have since turned Rívesci into a multi-award-winning condiment business.
