The uses are endless! Gorgeous in stir frys, rice bowls, with your eggs and drizzled over your pizza and all of your other favourite dishes! (and eventually out of the jar - trust us!)
Ingredients: Irish rapeseed oil, roasted peanuts, garlic, sesame seeds, ginger, tamari (soya), agave, chillis, salt, herbs and spices.

I ordered a delicious threesome of sauces: The Fiery Fung, the Peanut Rayu and the Chilli Catsup.
The Fung and Rayu disappeared rapidly into a variety of dishes ( both seriously uplifting of. the humble Tofu or egg scramble!).
Never a fan of ketchup, I have experienced an epiphany thanks to the sumptuous savouriness of the Chilli Catsup for myself…from here on my preserve only!’
