Sweet Heat Choc Bar - a collaboration that sees two Blas na hEireann Supreme Champions join forces with their expertise and craftsmanship to produce 'Sweet Heat' a chocolate bar like no other. Daniel and Georgia from Bon Chocolatiers combined our Dec's Hot Buzz (Hot Honey) with their signature caramel for the top layer and taking inspiration from Cashew Chilli Crush they combined cashews and black sesame for the bottom layer praline that will keep you coming back for more. The sweetness draws you in at first with a nice little chilli heat buzz towards the end of each bite.

A 35% milk chocolate bar with layers of hot honey caramel and cashew sesame praline, drizzled with chilli choclate. Min Weight 52g.

Each bar is carefully crafted by Bon Chocolatiers in Tullamore, Co.Offaly to offer a perfect experience. From the smooth Valrhona milk chocolate, variety of textures, and delicious flavours, every bite is a delightful combination of chocolate elegance and simplicity.

Allergens: Milk, Cashew Nuts, Sesame, Soy, Wheat, Barley. Produced in a facility that also handles peanuts.

Meet the Team

‘Rívesci’ is a play on words whilst also paying homage to Shannon and Declan’s roots. ‘Rí’ is the Irish for King and Shannon’s first home in Clonmel was at King Street Flats. ‘vesci’ is the Latin for food and also acknowledges Declan’s hometown of Abbeyleix, Co.Laois as the ‘de Vesci’ family founded Abbeyleix many moons ago. It can also be recognised as ‘King of Food’, in Shannon & Declan’s eyes anyway!
